Dean from Zillow called me yesterday to sell me an ad. Since, I had him on the phone, I had a few questions for him.
AM: So Dean when I look at your Zillow webpage I find the listing information different from the Triangle MLS.
Dean: If we do not have a contract with the MLS, the information comes from Tax Records.
AM: No Zillow does not have a contract with the Triangle MLS. Also for houses not listed, sometimes the information is completely wrong. For instance my house ( a single family home) is listed to have a one bedroom apartment. I believe Zillow is referring to our addition, however it is not a separate apartment.
Dean: Well back to the ad I am trying to sell you:)
