Hi, Friends – I’m Annie!

I have been in sales ALL my life with 17 years in the beauty business. With downsizing and layoffs, I decided it was time for a change. I’ve had my real estate license for a long time and decided to join my friend Ryan Boone’s team at Hudson Residential.

Now, my husband Rick has joined in on the fun too (hence the name change!). We’re so excited to help folks find their place in the Triangle together.

And Meet Rick

I’ve been in sales ever since graduating from NC State with a degree in speech and organizational communication (Go Pack!). Before real estate, I spent over 30 years in the beauty industry with SalonCentric/L’Oréal USA, helping salon owners across the Carolinas grow their businesses.

During COVID, when salons were temporarily shut down, I earned my real estate license and began stepping in to assist Annie and Ryan. I loved helping clients navigate their moves so much that I officially jumped in full-time to team up with my wonderful wife!

When I’m not helping folks buy or sell in the Triangle, you can usually find me on stage as a local theatre actor (credits include Theatre in the Park, Theatre Raleigh, and Raleigh Little Theatre), hitting the golf course, traveling to bucket-list spots, or relaxing at home with Annie and our two dogs. We can’t wait to get to know you!
