Another new constriction closing, but this time in Durham! Congratulations to my clients, Maria and David C., on their home at the Enclave at Leesville. A Hat Trick With Kellen F.: Carovel Court
I had the pleasure of working with Kellen F. for the third time and I have to say, he is now savvy in real estate. 😉 I represented Kellen when he bought his first home on Milburnie Road in Raleigh. We were able to sell it for a nice profit and his new home is in a highly sought location, just outside the beltline, and just two minutes from his new office. It is a win-win. This ranch house included a remodeled kitchen, updated bathrooms, butcher block counters, new windows, and new doors.
